Bahan :
- 1 kg Herring Fish, potong bagi dua
- 100 gr kacang panjang
- 10 cabe merah
- 2 buah tomat
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 2 siung sjalot
- 2 batang serai memarkan
- 2 lbr daun jeruk
- 1 cangkir air
- Garam dan Gula secukupnya
Caranya :
- Blender halus, cabe, tomat dan bawang. Tumis bumbu halus bersama sisa bahan, setelah harum, masukan kacang panjangnya, lalu ikannya di atas kacang panjang itu.
- Tambahkan 1 cangkir air, jika air menyusut masukan garam dan gula secukupnya dan siap untuk disajikan
- Jangan diaduk-aduk, karena ikan ini gampang sekali hancur. Bagusnya memakai wajan anti lengket (teflon)
